We post orders placed and paid for within 2 working days for items held in stock.

Delivery timescales are based on Royal Mail and Parcelforce services and are subject to their terms and conditions and the performance of their postal systems.
Items returned to us undelivered will incur a re-delivery charge payable in advance of re-delivery.
Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.
All items are delivered by post; it is not possible for you to collect your item.
We do not accept instructions to leave packages outside of premises ('in the porch', behind the bin', etc) as putting such instructions on the package invalidates postal tracking and insurance and risks your order being stolen or damaged by rain.

We offer, as standard, Royal Mail and Parcelforce services. Standard UK Post (Royal Mail 'Second Class') is normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days and Saturday to most parts of the UK however this is not guaranteed and it is not trackable.
All Republic of Ireland, European and Non-European International buyers will have their order sent by Royal Mail’s International Standard Service.
